KILLING MACHINE

Good news for both die hard devotees and the new young disciple's of the worlds Heavy Metal community, as the metal behemoth that is KILLING MACHINE gets set to stake it's claim on the Rock ‘N'Roll merry go round. The USA based act, with two albums already under their belts, are aiming to join the ranks of bands such as Judas Priest, Saxon and Accept as they take their music to the masses.

KILLING MACHINE is a four piece band of quality musicians with backgrounds steeped in heavy metal history. Csaba Zvekan - Vocals, Peter Scheithauer (Temple Of Brutality / Belladonna) - Guitar, Jari Kainulainen (Evergrey / Stratovarius) -Bass Guitar, Jon Dette (Testament / Slayer) - Drums.

Unashamedly wearing their heavy metal roots on their leather studded sleeves, KILLING MACHINE combine the classic metal feel of the past with the fresh aggression of the present. Thunderous bass lines, pounding drums and explosive riffs blend with distinct heavy, melodic vocals to create driving and memorable songs. The music that KILLING MACHINE brings to the party simply stuns - no pretentions - just pure metal entertainment!

During their career KILLING MACHINE have released two albums -‘Killing Machine' and ‘Metalmorphis'. ‘Killing Machine' - the bands self titled debut album, was recorded with a pedigree line up of Mike Vescera (Yngwie Malmsteen / Loudness / Obsession) - Vocals, Peter Scheithauer (Belladonna) - Guitar, Mike Duda (WASP) - Bass Guitar and Stet Howland (WASP) - Drums. Released in 2000 via Candlelight Records, this metal laden debut hinted at what the band were capable of.

The follow up, ‘Metalmorphis', was released in 2006 through Belgium's Mausoleum Records. Once again the album featured a stellar line up of James Rivera (Helstar / Vicious Rumours), Peter Scheithauer (Temple Of Brutality / Belladonna) - Guitar, Juan Garcia (Agent Steel) - Guitar, Dave Ellefson (Megadeth / Temple Of Brutality) - Bass Guitar and Jimmy DeGrasso (Y&T) - Drums. Hailed by the metal press, the album was a stunning success. It was described by Holland's' Lords of Metal Magazine as "a mandatory purchase for anyone who really digs traditional heavy metal!". It filled the void caused by the lack of classic albums at a time when metal was changing and major acts were struggling to deliver.

The album won a place in the hearts of those who longed once again for a true metal masterpiece and cemented the bands reputation in the metal field. Both albums were released during a period that has seen the members regularly break off in the intervening years to follow other projects. However founder member Pete Scheithauer has now returned to give his full attention to KILLING MACHINE, recruiting another team of high caliber musicians.

With album Number 3 in the pipeline, the band is already attracting attention from labels and heavyweight producers who are all eager to get involved in the bands' next chapter. KILLING MACHINE are priming themselves to once again deliver metallic carnage across the globe.

KILLING MACHINE = Pure unadulterated heavy metal and proud of it!!
